The scope is limited to the explicitly agreed deliverables and includes, where applicable:

Any work not expressly included in the agreed scope is out of scope by default.
2. Technological Framework #
Xdemór Infrastructure operates using the following technology stack, subject to project suitability:
- CMS: WordPress (Divi, Elementor, Bricks)
- Custom development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React
- DevOps: Git repositories, staging environments, automated backups
- Hosting: Fludnox or explicitly stated partner providers
The selected stack does not imply unlimited customization or ongoing adjustments.
3. Scope of Service and Responsibilities #
3.1 Development Scope #
Development includes frontend and backend work strictly aligned with:
- the selected service package; or
- the written custom specification approved prior to execution.
Requests for cosmetic adjustments, layout refinements, spacing, typography, alignment, sizing (including pixel-level changes), or stylistic preferences after delivery are not included, unless explicitly covered by an active maintenance or iteration agreement.
3.2 Maintenance and Security #
Maintenance, updates, fixes, and security monitoring are included only where an active subscription or maintenance agreement exists.
Without such an agreement, full responsibility for:
- updates,
- compatibility,
- security,
- performance,
- and ongoing functionality
- rests entirely with the Client.
3.3 Third-Party Dependencies #
Xdemór bears no responsibility for issues arising from:
- hosting providers;
- plugins, APIs, or third-party services (e.g. Google, Meta, Stripe);
- changes, outages, incompatibilities, or policy updates imposed by third parties.
3.4 Client Access and Post-Delivery Intervention #
Once delivery and handover have occurred, Xdemór bears no responsibility for:
- damage caused by client edits or third-party interventions;
- lack of maintenance;
- configuration changes not performed by Xdemór.

All billing, payment, suspension, escalation, and termination matters not expressly defined in this section shall be governed by the Xdemór Terms of Service ↗, including:
